We need great leaders
Greetings,
Where are the leaders we desperately need today? Great leaders don't stand out in the empty field alone. They build the capacity of others to lead and work together.
Rarely, do I see leaders grounded in humility and the will to lead us to a better place in spite of the cost to their position, electability, or personal ego. How do we recognize great leaders? In this newsletter, I share some of what I've learned over the years.
You are also a leader. Yes, you and all of us. We lead through our integrity and our willingness to stand up for what is right, just, and kind.
What if you started within your sphere of influence, no matter how large or small? Leadership doesn't require a position but it does demand humility and will.

I can find a song for every occasion and concept. John Lennon's Imagine challenges us to envision a world where we "will be as one." Leadership starts with each one of us.
