I'm reading an interesting book that talks about how we can use the happy memories of how we felt at certain times in our lives to manifest more of the same. eg. If we want to be healthy, we remember how it felt to be pain free when we were young, and then merge those feelings with how you are pain free now. What does it look like, what activities are you enjoying, bathe in the feelings and the vibration of health.
