That's Good, Just Do It! "There is no labor from which most people shrink as they do from that of sustained and consecutive thought; It is the hardest work in the world. - Wallace D. Wattles,1860-1911"
Thanks for the link. I write letters to my grandchildren every Monday. Every now and then, one will write back, but's that's not why I send the letters. It's just me reaching out with a hug.
I'm a great believer in being kind to others. I incorporate many of your top ten in your post into my days. I love Ralph Waldo Emerson's quote, "You can never do a kindness too soon as you never know how soon it will be too late." It's so true. I always smile and say good morning to any passers-by I come across. Often, those people will smile back, but that isn't always the case. In those instances, rather than think that person is grumpy, I stop and wonder what is going on in their lives that is making them feel so unhappy or fed up. Thanks for sharing this lovely post, Kathryn. Xx 🌞
Ellie, I just watched a beautiful film from the Global Joy Summit. The film, Mission: JOY is a conversation and documentary of the friendship of Archbishop Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama. A perfect way to fill my heart and soul with hope and joy. Both of which, I wish for you. Here is the link:https://www.globaljoysummit.org/watch-party/. The film will be available for the next 48 hours. Peace and joy.
Beautiful thoughts. I try to remember to "Give someone the benefit of the doubt" as often as I can. Challenging sometimes. Thank you ❤️
Those really are my top ten that I work on, and you're right, some take more work than others. Thanks for crossposting. That feature is new to me.
you're welcome. I think it's a new feature and your article came right at the perfect time.
A great story for a great day ... and of course, for every day.
My own contribution to spreading happiness is contained in an article titled:

Have a really nice day,

Thanks Fred, and I will check out the article.
