I’ve been pondering transitions (and change!) myself this week. How do we mark those transitions? Do we have enough rituals and milestones to mark change and metamorphosis? How can we lean into change in a way that recognises our fears and allows us to sit with them as well as embracing the positives of change? I’m feeling this as my body is telling me I’m in transition to menopause as I head towards 50.
I vaguely remember 50, but now that I've rolled into my seventh decade, I've learned to embrace the transitions and enjoy every moment along the way. Fifty is only a number😊
I can feel that in your writing, Kathryn💖 And our age is just a number. What we feel and sense and experience and think isn't necessarily reflected in what our body shows. I am enjoying every single day ~ the good, the great and the average xx
